Access for Local IAM Users not Registered in Microsoft Entra ID

Implement Incap-Client-IP/X-Forwarded-For headers to provide access to local IAM users who are not registered on Microsoft Entra ID and do not implement MFA through validation of their Source IP addresses and or Source Subnets.
